Terms of Service
Shown on the /Terms page and linked from all registration forms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Supply Drops platform ("Supply Drops," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your province of residence) to register and use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your province. Supply Drops operates in compliance with the Cannabis Act (S.C. 2018, c. 16) and all applicable provincial regulations.
3. Medical Cannabis & Medical Documents
Supply Drops facilitates access to medical cannabis for registered patients. To purchase medical cannabis products, you must hold a valid medical document (prescription) issued by an authorized healthcare practitioner, as required under the Cannabis Regulations (SOR/2016-230). It is your responsibility to ensure your medical document remains valid and current. Supply Drops reserves the right to suspend access if your medical document expires or is revoked.
4. Licensed Suppliers & Health Canada Compliance
All cannabis products listed on the platform are sourced from suppliers licensed by Health Canada under the Cannabis Act. Supply Drops acts as a consignment platform connecting patients with licensed suppliers. We do not cultivate, produce, or manufacture cannabis products. Product availability, pricing, and potency information are provided by the respective licensed suppliers.
5. Consignment Model Disclosure
Supply Drops operates on a consignment model. Products are listed on behalf of licensed suppliers, and Supply Drops facilitates the transaction, payment processing, and fulfillment. The wholesale cost of products is paid to the supplier, and Supply Drops retains a margin. By placing an order, you acknowledge this consignment arrangement.
6. Payments — Interac e-Transfer
Orders are paid via Interac e-Transfer to the email address specified at checkout. Payment must be sent within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders unpaid after 24 hours may be cancelled. Supply Drops confirms receipt of payment before processing your order. We do not store your banking credentials; e-Transfers are initiated through your own financial institution.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped via approved carriers to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring someone 18 years of age or older is available to receive the package. Shipments are subject to provincial shipping restrictions based on the supplier's licensed provinces. Supply Drops is not liable for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by you.
8. Supplier Obligations
Registered suppliers represent and warrant that they hold all required Health Canada and CRA licenses, that their products comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and that all product information (potency, COA, lot tracking) is accurate. Suppliers are responsible for maintaining valid licenses and notifying Supply Drops of any license changes, suspensions, or expirations.
9. Physician Obligations
Registered physicians represent and warrant that they hold a valid medical license and are authorized to issue medical cannabis documents. Physicians are responsible for the accuracy of prescriptions issued through the platform and for maintaining their professional licensing and good standing.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) provide false or misleading information during registration; (b) use the platform for any illegal purpose; (c) resell or redistribute products purchased through the platform; (d) attempt to access another user's account or data; or (e) interfere with the platform's operation or security.
11. Limitation of Liability
Supply Drops provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supply Drops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supply Drops, its officers, directors, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
13. Account Suspension & Termination
Supply Drops reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms, if your medical document expires, or if required by law. Suppliers and physicians may have their access suspended if their licenses expire or are revoked.
14. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and software are the property of Supply Drops or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without written permission.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Supply Drops is registered. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable provincial arbitration laws.
16. Changes to These Terms
Supply Drops may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
